About Ryan Prigg

My mission is to create Who I Am every day with absolute conscious attention, thereby facilitating others to be able to do the same. It is only with conscious attention, together, that we will be able to heal our planet and our lives so that happiness and wellness become basic rights for all, and not just the experience of a few.

Here are some (not so) vital statistics about myself, though if you have read one of my blogs, then you already know pretty well Who I Am. Certainly, I have laid myself naked in the content of this website through my thoughts and experiences and these should tell you more about who I am than my height etc. But here it is anyway.

  • Name: Ryan Prigg.
  • Age: 26.
  • Height: 190cm.
  • Weight: 90kg.
  • Education: Only since i left university.
  • Qualifications: I am qualified to perform orthopedic assessments, consult on nutrition and lifestyle, and to design exercise programs.
  • Things I think are great to read: The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Conversations with God 1,2,3, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Anything by Paul Chek, The Idiot's Guide to the I Ching, The E-Myth, The Metabolic Typing Diet, The Art of War, The Universe in a Nutshell, Texts written BC, The Roald Dahl Books, Harry Potter 1-5 et al, et al.
  • Bad Habits: (While I don't believe anything is truly bad or good, some things that don't always serve my purpose are): Occasional overtraining, not paying my phone bill until it has been disconnected - even though i have the money, spending too much time on my laptop (if there is such a thing), eating tinned coconut cream, not returning text messages, judging my girlfriend's driving ability, being too serious, needing to be right - and then not admitting it.
  • Achievements: I can squat my girlfriend over my head, swim faster than 2m/s, speed read, wear the same outfit everyday, jump 78cm off the ground, taste the difference between all bottled waters, I designed and coded this website, I can dunk a basketball, cook a flawless roast dinner, I'm good at teaching and communicating, listening (direct quote from my girlfriend!), playing with kids, demolishing large quantities of food, lifting heavy things, doing what i believe in no matter how much shit people give me (normally behind my back).
  • To know more than my conscious thoughts, check out a few of my mandalas. Dont know what a mandala is? Read the article Know Thy Sub Conscious.
  • Worth Knowing: I was continually ill as a baby, a child, a teenager and a young man. I have had glandular fever, CFS, chicken pox, broken both arms twice, a shoulder reconstruction, chronic digestive issues, food intolerances, chronic neck injuries, regular gastro, depression etc. I finally called enough when I was about 22-23 by realising that I was creating ALL of it. Today I have intermittent bouts of seriousness and tight hamstrings but am otherwise amazing. This is a power that everyone has and it can be siezed as soon as you decide to.
